Quality Approach
Quality is a critical part of any manufacturing procedure. From day one we have a certified Quality Management System and apply a zero-defect philosophy across every product, every batch, every shipment.

Quality Basics of BGFO
The non-negotiables that shape day-to-day work.
Foundations
- Continuous training of personnel on products and production processes.
- Application — implementation of zero-defects philosophy.
- Continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance Plan.
- Participation of personnel in improving the Quality Assurance Plan.
Customer Promise
- Our main target is complete customer satisfaction.
- We deliver on time.
- We are a competent partner — not just a supplier.
Quality goal setting
Each goal must fulfill three aspects before it enters the plan.
01Clearly defined
Specific, measurable, written down.
02Achievable & feasible
Realistic against current capacity & resources.
03Communicated & agreed with personnel
Every team member knows the targets they own and the standards they're held to.
Supply chain — Quality structure
A lean production. Our QMS is structured around three layers — Plan, Source, Make / Deliver.
01Quality Plan
- Quality indicators.
- Research and implementation of quality tools (FMEA, NCR, etc.).
02Source
- Supplier Quality Management.
- Control Plans, Procedures and Standards.
03Make / Delivery
- Process audits.
- Product audits.
- Outgoing inspection.
Lean supply chain management
A modern, Lean approach to supply that integrates the complete business picture.
BGFO is familiar with the concepts of Supply Chain Management. The modern, innovative ideas we use — combined with the lean supply chain management we have adopted — integrate the complete picture of the business with a strong commitment to streamline processes by eliminating waste and non-value-added activities.
Implementing Lean supply chain management improves the company's competitiveness and overall performance.
